Stick and Puck sessions are open to all players.  Skaters age 6 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or adult supervisor.  Full equipment is recommended.  Player 17 and under must wear full equipment.  Full equipment will include an HECC approved ice hockey helmet with full facial protection, shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey gloves, shin guards and ice hockey pants.  Adults 18 and older must wear an HECC approved ice hockey helmet, elbow pads, hockey gloves, shin guards, a long sleeved shirt and pants.
